How much does the Ubud Art Village Tour cost?

Package A costs $27 / IDR 450K per car for 1–7 passengers — Ubud Center’s most affordable full-day tour. Package B starts from IDR 600K for 1 person, IDR 300K/pax for 2–4, IDR 225K/pax for 5–7, and IDR 250K/pax for groups of 8–15 in a Toyota HiAce.

What is the Barong dance at Batubulan?

The Barong and Keris Dance depicts the eternal battle between Barong (the protector) and Rangda (the witch). The performance runs 09:30–10:30 AM daily at Batubulan, 15 minutes from Ubud. It is one of the most authentic cultural performances in Bali.

Can I buy directly from artisans on the tour?

Yes — all four villages allow you to buy directly from the makers at fair local prices. Celuk Village is recommended for high-quality silver jewellery at lower prices than Ubud shops. At Tohpati Village you can watch batik being made and buy finished pieces directly.

Can you accommodate groups larger than 7 people?

Yes — for groups of 8–15 we provide a Toyota HiAce at IDR 850K / $50 per vehicle. Package B for Hiace groups is IDR 250K/pax. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Yes — the Art Village Tour is one of the most family-friendly tours from Ubud. The Barong dance is visually engaging for children, and watching artisans carve wood, pour silver, and print batik is educational and memorable. Minimal walking, no physical exertion.

“Best experience and staff tour guides”

We were only planning to do 2 days-trip, at the end we decided to do 3 days-trip because the staff was super friendly and willing to take us anywhere we wanted to go! “Very reliable — used them twice”

We used Ubud Center 4 years ago and they were extremely reliable. Decided to use them again in March and again very reliable. We were lucky to get the same driver Rahkonco — he got us to many places all over Bali in a safe friendly manner. I would highly recommend him. The prices are great too!
