Is white water rafting suitable for beginners?

Yes — the Ayung River rafting is graded Class II–III, suitable for beginners and families with children from age 6. The 2-hour experience passes through jungle gorges and waterfalls. No prior experience required — guides accompany every raft and safety briefings are given before departure.

Can I combine ATV and rafting on the same day?

Yes — the ATV + Rafting Combo is the most popular activity package in Ubud. ATV in the morning (09:00–11:00) followed by rafting in the afternoon, finishing around 15:00. Private transport between venues is included.

What time does the Jeep Tour start?

The Mount Batur Jeep Tour departs from Ubud at approximately 01:30 AM for a 04:00 sunrise at the summit. Return is around 08:00–09:00. It can be combined with another tour or activity later in the day.

What is included in the Mount Batur Sunrise Trekking?

The private sunrise trek includes a certified local guide, hotel pickup from Ubud, breakfast at the summit, and return transfer. Departure is approximately 01:30 AM from Ubud for a 04:00 sunrise at the top of Mount Batur (1,717m). Duration is approximately 5–6 hours total.

Can you accommodate groups larger than 7 people?

“Best experience and staff tour guides”

“Very reliable — used them twice”

We used Ubud Center 4 years ago and they were extremely reliable. Decided to use them again in March and again very reliable. We were lucky to get the same driver Rahkonco — he got us to many places all over Bali in a safe friendly manner. I would highly recommend him. The prices are great too!
