Padangbai Harbor
Padangbai Harbor is the most popular port as a crossing point from Bali to Gili for most hotels located in Bali. That’s because the distance from this port to Gili is the fastest, around 1.5 to 2 hours using a speed boat. If your hotel is in Ubud area this is the best place to start your trip to Gili or Lombok
Sanur Harbor
You can also choose the port of Sanur to start your trip from Bali to Lombok if your hotel is located in Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Canggu. However, it will take longer by using a speed boat, around 2.5 hours to 3 hours if you go to Gili or Le Lombok.
Amed Harbor
If your hotel is located in Amed, Tulamben or Lovina, this place is highly recommended to take you from Bali to Lombok or Gili Island by using a speed boat which takes about 1 hour journey.

Full fare will be charged for no-shows on the booking date. 50% will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure.and 25% will be charged for cancellations made within a week.
Full refunds can be given for cancellations made within a week, case illness or etc., if a doctor’s note/other evidence can be provided.
