Lempuyang Temple was built around the 8th century AD by Rsi Markandeya around the 8th century AD. The Lempuyang comes from the word Lampu (light) and (hyang) meaning God. Rsi Markandeya made a prayer and also taught about Hinduism.

Lempuyang Temple
