- Confirmation, we send the booking confirmation to you by email when all clear
- No booking fee, no deposit require from the activities that you requested
- Payments, you may pay upon start the tour to our driver by cash
All reservation will be proceeding if you fill completely our Reservation Form. Your reservation will be reply within 1 x 24 hours. If your reservation is not confirmed our staffs will inform you and give the other suggestion..
PRICE
All prices mentioned in this web site are in US Dollars per person or family group and are only available through the website online bookings.
The total amount is the final amount that you will be charged and includes all tax charges and service fees.

Deposits or full payments received for a tour package offered by New Gangga Rafting indicates acceptance and acknowledgment of any cancellation fees and all other conditions outlined herein

- The tour is private tours and that means there is no other participant
- The tour will assist by english speaking tour driver
- Flexible time arrangement and subject to change based on your request
- Children under 12 years old will get 50% discount
- Infant under 2 years old is free of charge
- Reasonable and fair price and that means no hidden charge
- For the payment you may pay upon start the tour and no deposit needed
- Payment either in USD, Rupiah or other currencies based on the latest exchange rates
CANCELLATION POLICY
New Gangga Rafting reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour due to water or weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alter to another tour program.
You will receive NO REFUND:
-Less than 2 days notice
– Miss the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)
– Do not turn up
– We have to cancel the booking because of client unsuitability due to age, ill health, poor fitness, inappropriate physical size, intoxication, etc.
If you wish to cancel we will keep a 10% administration fee (bank fee).
INSURANCE
The client is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance.
SCHEDULE CHANGES
New Gangga Rafting cannot be held responsible for changes to tour schedule for reasons beyond their control. (i.e. weather, road blockage, ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances)
